This tracks the Azure SDK MQ 2021 work for JS

  • EngSys
    • upgrade important dev dependencies to latest versions
    • mininum TypeScript compiler version to support.
      • downlevel-dts for all packages
    • azsdk-eslint plugin backlog
    • dev-tool backlog
    • move to shared configuration: rollup, karma
  • Testing
    • wrap up min-max testing
    • more perf tests
    • multi-service-version testing
    • investigate parallel test executing
    • move to new recorder

    • Remaining Azure.Core v2 migration
    • investigate React-Native support
