DRYLAB
When login into Drylab http://<server_name/ip_address>/drylab there are two different main menu that are displayed, on the top of the Navigator, depending of the user profile:
- Menu for Requesting Services
- Menu for Handling the requested Services
The first one Menu for Requesting Services will be presented for any user without the drylabManager profile and the second one Menu for handling the requested Services for drylabManagers.
The picture below is displayed for a user which does not belongs to drylabManager group.

On this home page, no matter the type of user was login in, displays a table with the status of the Services that are not delivered yet.
In the table is showed the service name, the status, and the expected time to deliver the service.
NOTE.
That each service has its own complexity and delivery time is set by personnel in charge of working on them.
To have privacy about the requested services the service name is only delivery to the person who order the service.
