Gulp throwing error #23

When running gulp to scan for tasks or run any gulp task the following ewrror is returned:

gulp[10184]: src\node_contextify.cc:631: Assertion `args[1]->IsString()' failed.

Fix was detailed in: gulp #2162 and have created this issue for tracking sake.
