2nd April 2023 - Response feedback, UX cleaning #79

Incorrect responses in Similar Terms and Fill-in-the-Tone now present the user with their answer and the correct answer and wait until the user asks to continue before showing the next term.
Cleaned up Getting Started text
Phonetics are now shown in a separate column in card tables
Merged together lessons and activity dashboard widgets
FAQ now linked on the dashboard
StyledLinks/StyledAnchors now have an underline to encourage interaction.
