Fixed the Qt version at >5.15.0 to prevent depreciation issues.

How Has This Been Validated?

Built locally on Mac OSX Monterey v12.6.1 successfully with no depreciation warnings as well as on a cloud instance of AWS linux successfully with no warnings.
