[Task]: Dynamic tag format in search results

Summary

• Right now, all the forecasted, posted, and archived opportunities are displaying the same. We need to add conditional logic to display posted, forecasted, and archived dates in varying presentations. E.g. if something is forecasted we want to highlight it, if it's currently accepting applications then we want to highlight it with the design outlined in the Figma.
• The date on the tag needs to be formatted correctly

Acceptance criteria

• Add conditional logic to display the status of the opportunities as defined in the Figma design
• Format date correctly
