A minor modification of sh_recoil.lua that limits the increase of visual recoil in multiplayer by changing the values of MAGIC1 and MAGIC2 in multiplayer from 89.5 to the default 210.

Some EFT guns will start rapidly shake with such numbers on tickrate under 64

Would you happen to know why that's only the case with EFT weapons ?

its mostly because they have a higher setup on the visualrecoil thus resulting in higher and unresponsive motion of the weapon going out of place, other weapons that are using this setup have a lower setup so they don't end up getting affected much by it, but EFT weapons play around more with it which why this problem ends up happening

Any weapon with visrec is affected (try fps_max 30 with eft or mw19 gun)
