Provide ccache build option

Just to make sure I understand correctly - when the new CMake flag is enabled and when ccache can be found on the system and the target is makefiles, compiler and linker commands will be prefixed by ccache. Is my understanding correct?

Thanks, sorry about my slow response, I just had minor surgery today, so things have been slightly hectic from my side. Thanks for accepting, the purpose of this is just to make it easier to use ccache in specific setups where it may not be in your PATH on every engineer's machine.

ccache is new to me, but I will give it a try.
