@radfordi - unfortunately no. Mac has an annoying property of acquiring any connected HID device by internal OS service, preventing you from opening it via libusb. |

This PR brings a cross platform HID device (IMU), implemented above rsusb interface.
435i IMU streaming is now enabled on both Android and libuvc backends.
DSO-11944
