  1. Enable on-line updates by default (When building Viewer/DQT)
  2. Priorities on-line update over bundled FW update
  3. Add a notification for online SW update
  4. Add a notification for online FW update
  5. Replace device menu item Install Recommended Firmware with Check For Updates
