With Ubuntu 20.04 HWE now defaulting to 5.11, and also due to the chip shortages pushing us hard to new hardware that really needs 5.11, I kinda needed the RealSense to work with that asap. This PR's basically a copy of the work done for 5.8, just some adjustments to make the patch work properly on the changed code base.
Tested on one machine ( Ubuntu 20.04 with 5.11.0-34-generic) and a D455: in the realsense viewer I get the extra info such as the hardware clock.
