Added Features
- The macOS application is now signed and notarized in order to fulfill Apple's requirements for distributing applications for macOS Catalina.
- Tie-breaking is now supported for an arbitrary points system (ex: 1-8, 10, 12, 14, 16, …) rather than the previous Eurovision-style (1-8, 10, 12) points system. Entries are sorted by the number of points received, with the highest points taking precedence.
- Added toggle on whether to draw borders around flags in the scoreboards. Disabling flag borders may be useful when using custom non-square/rectangular flags.
- Added button to reload the input Excel spreadsheet. Previously, the only way to reload the file was through a command shortcut (
Cmd/Ctrl+R). - Added flags for Kosovo and several new ISC/OSC countries. Also, renamed flags for Serbia & Montenegro

Bug Fixes
- Fixed bug where not having a value in the flag column for an entry caused it to be ignored when loading entries.
- When choosing input files or output folders, the program remembers the previously selected folder when displaying the file dialog.
- Due to limitations when building and notarizing applications on macOS, existing ISC flags with special characters in the file names were removed. For those countries, use the flags without the special characters (ex:
ISC/Pönö.png→ISC/Pono.pngandISC/Tonallán.png→ISC/Tonallan.png).
