I found out there are no changes to be made in software, just in the documentation and the associated links. I have made the necessary changes .

Thank you for opening the PR.
Could you share a video of Behavior Metrics running using CARLA 0.9.15? How have you installed CARLA? From the source or the package? It seems like the package download retrieves an error: carla-simulator/carla#7017
Have you experimented with this issue? @MihirGore23

I initially tried installing from debian package, but experienced the above error of server timeout. I performed the installation by github package method, then the simulator was running correctly, as 0.9.13 and 0.9.15 have no version incompatiblities of dependancies.

In this case, we should also update the instructions with the installation from the source due to this persisting problem.

I have added a comment stating 'Currently the Carla server has been down.Therefore, it is advisable to install Carla using the GitHub package method instead of the Debian package method.' Kindly review
