Tests fine locally. Scatterer has actually moved to 1.1.2 with 0.245 And so now it works. Lovely. Merging with thanks. I had manually installed this. Will be nice to catch up the metadata. |

Testing this is a pain. The easiest way I found is to plop the .ckans into a test repo. https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/CKAN-meta/tree/AstronikiSunflareforScatterer_test includes those .ckans with
