Add configs for the BDB Apollo CM and SM.
Fix texture paths that are still referring to BDB textures.
Replace Apollo Normal texture with upscaled .dds to fix artifacting

Issues as req: Ascent Module: No RCS plume, internal faces backwards. Ascent/Sep/Descent models rot. 180 degrees from expected |
Rotate parts so the LM IVA is lined up correctly, adjust the IVA offset, and fix the RCS plumes on the LM ascent module.
Fix LM MESA depth mask - TU interactions breaking the depth mask. Unfortunately, this means the base color of the MESA cannot be edited.
Exclude all instances of the MESA depth mask
Rename all DECQ parts which are now deprecated by the introduction of the new BDB Apollo parts.

Add new BDB Apollo parts to ROCapsules, deprecating old DECQ Apollo parts. Also adjust Apollo parts to have much more accurate masses
Due to the extremely large number of parts this involves, testing is appreciated.
