Updated to work with artic v1.2.1, commented out fixes for Qt display issues on HPC, which are no longer used and commented out file copy operations for dealing with .pngs with a different output convention produced by artic version v1.1.3. Please note the new optional --strict argument in artic is not set by default, see artic-network/fieldbioinformatics GitHub release notes for v.1.2.0 for details of this.
