fix: Remove splash animation wait step from Cold Start Launch time test script #6931

Description
When running the ColdStartLaunchTimes.feature on bitrise, the splash animation was to fast for appium and created some inconsistencies. So it has been removed and just to assert that the Welcome Screen is displayed.
