The old Git Credential Manager for Windows is deprecated, having been replaced by the cross-platform GCM Core. I also fixed up a few points of confusion between "Git" and "GitHub", and fixed capitalization on "Git" where needed. ("Git" is the software project; "`git`" is the command-line binary.)

- Line 398, Column 254: [Warning-hard-coded-locale]
Link 'https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/threat-protection/microsoft-defender-application-guard/faq-md-app-guard#how-can-i-disable-portions-of-ics-without-breaking-application-guard' contains locale code 'en-us'. For localizability, remove 'en-us' from links to most Microsoft sites.
- Line 398, Column 254: [Suggestion-docs-link-absolute]
Absolute link 'https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/threat-protection/microsoft-defender-application-guard/faq-md-app-guard#how-can-i-disable-portions-of-ics-without-breaking-application-guard' will be broken in isolated environments. Replace with a relative link.
