During the initial refactor from upstream handover to
0.2.0, somecontext.WithCanceloperations were accidentally turned intocontext.WithTimeoutwhen a wrapper was removed, which may cause pulls of large containers to fail even when they are still making progress.Move all of the accidentally changed contexts back to
