support 32bits chainid with the latest Ledger app #2094

Please see LedgerHQ/app-ethereum@8260268
for some larger chainId cases, returned signature v should be recomputed at the client side.

Screenshots

for example (ESN - chainId 31102 case + Ledger Nano S + the Ethereum app 1.1.2 ),
in this case, returned result.v is 0x20 or 0x1f (1-byte truncated).

Coverage Status

Coverage decreased (-0.1%) to 55.966% when pulling 20fb2e7 on OpenCommunityCoin:ledger-32bits-chainid into f011fd5 on MyCryptoHQ:develop.
