Technically it doesn't actually fix it, but when I came back to analyzing this issue, I found out it's now almost impossible for it to occur. The only case would be if there's an issue on TMDB side or if a series doesn't have a TMDB ID (not sure this is possible at all since we check the IDs upon media sync).
I just added a double check on the TMDB ID for series. It was already there for movies.
