Run ProteinCoverageSummarizer_Installer.exe to install the Protein Coverage Summarizer

Use shortcut "PAST Toolkit, Protein Coverage Summarizer" to start the program, or navigate to
C:\Program Files\ProteinCoverageSummarizer and double click ProteinCoverageSummarizerGUI.exe

The ProteinCoverageSummarizer directory also includes a console application named PeptideToProteinMapper.exe for mapping peptides to proteins. That application is also available below in file PeptideToProteinMapper.zip

  • Update to .NET 4.7.2
  • Install to C:\Program Files instead of C:\Program Files (x86)
