At this time some VTOLs could have 8 motors for MC mode.
I think that the ability to develop their support will be more convenient with the appropriate class.

SITL Tests fail looks strange:

[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/tmp/jenkins/workspace/isc_Firmware-SITL_tests_PR-12303/px4-px4_sitl_default-v1.9.0-233-g532fe32/px4/integrationtests/python_src/px4_it/mavros/missions/rover_mission_1.plan'

I think my main hesitation here is wanting to get a more appropriate name in place for VTOL standard (quadplane).
