在commit名称中加上关键字 test=docs_preview，可以生成预览链接，参考 #48281

[Docs]飞桨 API 文档体验提升计划：
修复broadcasting说明的超链接失效问题。英文文档中，一共5个py文件，1个cc文件的链接有误。已按照PaddlePaddle/docs/wiki/%E9%A3%9E%E6%A1%A8%E6%96%87%E6%A1%A3%E7%9B%B8%E4%BA%92%E5%BC%95%E7%94%A8 说明修改。
