What Does This PR Do
Adds in the new map: Emeraldstation (NSS Diagoras). This comes with a handfull of other additions that are required to make the map what is is. These are:
Why It's Good For The Game
New maps change up the game and give more opportunities for interesting methods that exploit that map in specific! Additionally, I believe the toxins asteroid could provide some interesting use cases for the clever atmospherics tech to tinker with.

tested the powernet to ensure all areas were conencted to the grid
ensured all areas had atmos and were connected to distro
removed duplicate pipes/wires
ensured disposals was functional
pressed as many buttons as I could find
searched for any missing floor tiles
ensured doors had access
ensured machines such as RnD were functional
ensured engine was functional
ensured asteroid filtering system was functional
ensured gysers were functional
ensured all shuttles functionality (escape/syndi/whiteship/etc)
Reviewed each department multiple times
