Minor fix

Hey! This is a minor-fix release. It adds also some content though.

By the way, I've passed the exam, so I'll not work anymore on this notes, but if you care about it you can open a pull request, and I'll glad to merge it. Please open your PR against develop.

New content and more exercises

Less than 10 days before the exam, so we (I and @EmanueleC) are trying to bring these stuff together.

We have added new content and some exercises (with solutions). I hope you enjoy it! 🎉 Btw, this is not a "stable" release, so be aware of grammatical horrors and similar stuff. In particular some content is missing (see #18).
The assembly exercise is also missing!

First four lessons checked

In this release the first four lessons are ok (up to BLAST). The other content is still under heavy revision.

This is the first draft after the end of the course, and is without any revision.
