Includes currency reference year (adjustments for inflation) and linear interpolation via np.interp between different years of the same parameter/technology.
If a value is significant in kWh but given in MWh, then the value was partially or fully dropped until now.

During a discussion someone pointed out to me that submarine HVDC cables have gotten a lot cheaper and can at today's cost already be similar to overhead HVDC. This is an updated cost assumption with newer reference.
