restrictions

The items list on the right will display everything of that type that you can restrict, the items vary from type to type. The textbox above it will search through the list, making it easier to find what you are looking for, this search accepts patterns. In the cases of the prop, ragdoll, and effect types this list will be disabled, instead models that you want to restrict have to be typed into the search box. The entire model path is required. You can select multiple items from the suggestion list, restricting all of them together.

The usergroups list shows all the usergroups on the server, this is where you select which usergroup(s) you want to restrict items from. If several usergroups are selected then all selected items are restricted from all the selected usergroups.

The big list in the middle shows all existing restrictions from the selected usergroup(s), you can right click on an row to view more detailed info about the restriction. The leftmost column shows what usergroup the restriction belongs to, the middle column shows what item that is restricted, and the rightmost column shows what scope the restriction has.

The add button on the bottom right restricts all the selected items from the selected usergroups. The delete button deletes all the restrictions that are selected in the big middle list. The edit button edits the selected restriction, basically deleting it and re-adding it with specified options. Only one item can be edited at a time. The cog button all the way to the bottom right hides or shows the things underneath the big middle list.

The anti-restriction checkbox toggles whether or not the items you add should be anti-restrictions or normal restrictions. Anti-restrictions do the opposite of normal restrictions, they allow instead of restrict. The purpose of this is so that you can negate a restriction that is inherited, or you can negate a restriction for individual players, so that the inherited restriction no longer applies to that usergroup or player.

The restrict type checkboxs simply restricts everything of the selected type from the selected usergroup(s). This will override any other restrictions of that type for the selected usergroup(s). The big middle list will be disabled if the type is restricted.

The scope list lets you select which scope you want the restrictions you add to have.
