This pull request moves the resizable panels size preferences to the
Resizermodule itself. Panels no longer need to keep track of their size. Size preferences are stored based on the panelidand retrieved when they're made resizable.It also adds support for a new html attribute
data-minsizethat allows to set a minimum size for auto-resizable panels.@redmunds Maybe you'd want to stay on this and see it through? ;)
