The tests are failing since idyntree from pypi does not build

From the log

Collecting idyntree (from adam-robotics==0.1.dev1)
Downloading idyntree-12.3.2.tar.gz (1.4 MB)

Failed to build idyntree
ERROR: Could not build wheels for idyntree, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects
