Provide native-image.properties containing --report-unsupported-elements-at-runtime of buildArgs

Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Provide native-image.properties containing --report-unsupported-elements-at-runtime of buildArgs. Since the behavior of classes like groovy.lang.Closure cannot be described by GraalVM Reachability Metadata V1.0.0, I expect to build the buildArgs directly into org.apache.shardingsphere:shardingsphere-infra-reachability-metadata until I find a better solution. • This PR fixes Move native test from infra module to test module #29107 incorrect handling of Maven Profile for generateMetadata.
• This PR terminates InlineExpressionParserFactory's parsing of Groovy syntax by default under GraalVM Native Image.
• Due to improvements in Improve jetcd and grpc dependency #28780 , shardingsphere-cluster-mode-repository-etcd no longer prevents compilation of ShardingSphere Proxy Native.
• Incorporate META-INF/dgminfo into Groovy’s GraalVM Reachability Metadata to avoid a Log. Refer to https://github.com/apache/shardingsphere/actions/runs/6947807930/job/18902440695 .

• We can of course reject the built-in native-image.properties since this is not a generic GraalVM Reachability Metadata, but there is no way we can use the graalvm feature classes. Waiting for review.
