Remonté par Morges et Cartoriviera

Bug sur la feature #202 "Email de rappel si demande en attente de validation depuis > x jours" :

L'email de rappel part immédiatement lors de la réception d'une requête, il ne devrait partir qu'après les n jours configurés.
