How to set up the m_tec duo mix connect concrete pump
The following steps are for informative porposes of setting up the concrete pump for operation
- Plug-in the ethernet cable from the pump
- The inital given IP Address of the concrete pump is
10.129.4.73
- ping this IP in your cmd promt, but make sure you also changed your own IP address
- If this works, call the IP using your internet explorer
- This guides you to following Berghof Network Configuration Mask
- Using the user name
admin
and passwordadmin
allows you to change the current IP Address. The updated IP address of the pump is192.168.125.10
Use your current static IP address192.168.125.XX
to have the ABB robot and the pump in the same network.
- activate the following packages in your windows features:

Add the ports:
netsh http add urlacl http://+:5050/ sddl=D:(A;;GX;;;S-1-1-0)

Remove the ports:
netsh http delete urlacl http://+:5050/

In the upc-ua server configuration provided by m-tec use
4840
for the port and the IP address for the pump and connect

With the localhost
http://localhost:54321/
you reach the GUI provided by m-tec -
Set your concrete pump now to remote control and press the green start button (this should give you a white light)

Press the button for "Pump motor forward" and "Mixer motor" till they light up green
