feat(cloudfront): retrieve default distribution metrics (#28894)

This PR implements functions to retrieve [default distribution metrics](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/viewing-cloudfront-metrics.html).

```ts
declare const dist: cloudfront.Distribution

const metric = dist.metricRequests()
```
