Issue #, if available: N/a

Description of changes:
I'm adding a helper to simplify the way how users can migrate from AutoML v1 to AutoML v2 APIs. A user will now be able to create an AutoMLV2 object from an existing AutoML object by calling the AutoMLV2.from_auto_ml(...) method.

Testing done:
Manual testing has been done + unit tests are extended. No need to extend integration tests.
