UI Design - Transfer a Manufactured Home additional cases #16677
Comments
@tlebedovich I've created this for the additional transfer work. This has been put into the backlog until requirements are completed. Note, the screenshots above were based upon requirements collected in 2017 so may change as we look at this again (for instance, there's an additional transaction that is exposed to clients which we may be able to make internal so we just have one further multi-use transfer to build). |
@lbergero819 - please let me know when all requirements have been done for this ticket |
From Louise - Oct 6, 2023: Declared value: Bill of Sale Date of Execution: Consideration: This is the value on the Bill of Sale (formal or informal), and in terms of being required, optional or not entered, it is the same as for Bill of Sale Date of Execution, these 2 fields need to be filled together or both not filled. And regarding the required documents, as you suggested yesterday, there should be a list of documents for staff to select from, but it is fine to leave it flexible for staff. The requirements are up to date for these rules in the data elements sheet that we looked at yesterday. |
@tlebedovich to your question on whether this is the final list, I've met with Sharon to review and it appears there is one item missed, and one item that is unclear if it's required. I've added a new row for 'Writ of Possession'. This is currently referenced as Writ of Seizure and Sale in the MHR 2.0 Guide, but the title 'Writ of Possession' is more accurate. I've also added a row for Seizure and Sale by a Warehouseman. Note: Sharon identified it isn't clear if this is needed. I will be requesting data on when this transfer type was used historically to better understand it's purpose and any continued need. Are you able to proceed with the items in the list with this first new item having incomplete requirements, and the second item being reviewed? We can work to iron these out further over the next few days. |
@mstanton1 @tlebedovich I have completed reviewing the requirements for 'Transfer Due to Writ of Possession/Seizure and Sale' with Sharon. Note that the new name has been updated. |
@mstanton1 - we should create a dev verify ticket to make sure all existing lien/unit note restrictions and handling that is currently used for existing transfers is also working for these transfers for both Staff and Qualified Suppliers |
HI Melissa,
Let me know if you want me to create it, if not let me know the ticket# and I will put a link to the requirements sheet that has the PPR rules defined.

@lbergero819 ticket #18330 was created. I am missing some requirements and sent you an email about it. |
Thanks @lbergero819 and @tlebedovich for moving this one along:) |
@mstanton1 - just waiting for Sharons review of the tool tip text, otherwise everything else it good to start |
@mstanton1 - forgot all about these "additional transfers"! This was waiting for Sharon to review the tool tip text and then I never heard back. Can you ping her? Would be good to groom these before I leave as well. |
Absolutely. I've drafted an email with images of the tool tips text for Sharon to review. She is currently backlogged with the last set of things sent her way (client data issues from PPR and forms) so I will wait a few days to allow some of the other items to be cleared before adding more. |
Tooltips have been reviewed. Minor updates have been suggested and incorporated into designs. The last outstanding questions are for review during the requirements review on Feb 7th. |
@saragunnarsson Could you review tool tip text found in this google sheet and add/update the tool tip section in this figma file |
@LizGovier I sure can, I'll have a look at it 👍 |
@LizGovier Those tool tips are updated 👍😊 |
Awesome! Thank you @saragunnarsson |
