Reddit pubisher not displaying when account set to hide from robots

Description

When visiting a Reddit account that has the option to hide from robots turned on, that publisher doesn't show in publisher panel

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Brave with Rewards enabled
2. Visit a reddit user account page that has hide from robots enabled (use https://www.reddit.com/u/jsadler-brave)
3. Open publisher panel

Actual result:

Only wallet summary is displayed

Expected result:

Publisher info should be displayed

easily with particular publisher

Brave version (brave://version info)

0.68 (nightly)
