Revert "Merge pull request #8508 from brave/stats-social-sharing"

Reverts stats social sharing feature for 1.25.x only. Reverts the following:

• [Android] fixes pixelated icons and the shields layout with the share stats #8673
• Write permission share stats #8557
• Stats social sharing #8508

Moves the following issues to 1.26.x

• Implement Social Sharing of Brave Stats
• Request write permissions for stats sharing
• Blocked items alignment is off with introduction of share button
