This crate originally existed to serve as a common basis for the Rust guest generator and the Wasmtime host generator, but the Wasmtime host generator no longer uses this crate and no longer lives in this repository. This means that the
wit-bindgen-rust-libcrate doesn't need to be its own crate any more, so this commit folds its contents intowit-bindgen-rust. I've additionally decided to split upwit-bindgen-rustinto multiple files as having everything in one large file was getting unwieldy.
