A license book is a collection of all run-time dependencies (including transitive ones), link to their home page, and their license + license text) that a project depends on.

Tasks

Investigate building license book automatically to an HTML file (cf. LICENSES.chromium.html in our current distribution, where Chromium is already doing it)
Bundle license book with the application
