Component and test scenario title

Masthead--with-platform

Test scenario steps

  1. Check if the platform is loaded, clickable and should be next to the IBM logo.
  2. Check 4 normal menu options are loading with one active(selected) state and all options clickable
  3. Check all Mega menu options/drop down links are loading and clickable.
  4. Check User Profile opens drop down and verify My IBM, Log in options.
  5. Check Search edit field opens and user can enter keywords

### Description

Add tests for masthead with platform. Checks if the platform positioning is next to the IBM logo and checks if there is a `href`
