relates to #729.
Enabling tipps given by Jörg in the getting-started-docu. This includes:

  • Adding a list of tools for development and a smoother workflow to the getting-started document.
  • Testing of symbolic links and afterwards adding a brief intro into symbolic links to ease problems comming up with having a directory for testing that often differs from the directory that has to be used to make git commits for devon-ide.
