Summary

Update plonk to version with circuit compression capabilities.

Detailed Description

We now have the capabilities to store a circuit as its compressed circuit description and not as its prover and verifier keys anymore. A 2^16 circuit that would generate keys with ~161Mb can be compressed to 246Kb.
