This PR refactors the key hash calculation as DDS-XTypes 1.3 specifies.

• [21390] Add new case to test key hash calculation dds-types-test#35
• [21391] Add new function getMembersById for STG IDL-Parser#153
• [21430] Add check not using @key in derived structures IDL-Parser#154
