@sravanlakkimsetti can you please explain what is the purpose of this to merge is if all builds fail? This does not sound anything useful.

Could not find artifact org.eclipse:eclipse-platform-parent:pom:4.29.0-SNAPSHOT in eclipse-hosted (https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/eclipse/) and 'parent.relativePath' points at wrong local POM @ line 15, column 11

So it seems the promotion of the parent was not correctly performed (yet) also I see missing milestones that are not created.
