This pull request adds a new
force
parameter to the Close Index API that allows to close indices without executing the sanity checks added in #36249. The purpose of this parameter is to bring back the previous (< 6.7.0) behavior in the case where something went wrong and the verification executed when closing an index are certain to never succeed.We intend to deprecate this parameter in 7.0+ and backport this change to 6.7.0.
We decided to not document this parameter for now (but we can revisit this decision).
