Index patterns => data views - update user facing copy

Parent issue - #94244

We are changing index patterns (the kibana saved object ones) to data views. This requires coordination across all teams with user facing index pattern text content. Each team will be responsible for updating their own UIs AND docs.

NOTE: The changes will occur in a feature branch created during v7.16 and merged in v8.0. We need to reserve time well ahead so nobody is caught unaware.

Fleet doesn't have any user-facing mention of index patterns, I crossed it off the list.

Just leaving a note here, that AFAIK there aren't any Stack Management plugins that refer to Kibana Index Pattern saved objects -- just ES index patterns, which aren't affected by this effort.
