Alternative to #30667.

Basically wrap every section in a div with the same class, and only apply border-bottom for every instance, except for the last child. We are paying some cost by having more divs, but thats more explicit.

You try if it works by having something that renders a badge but removing the props.

We also need to also actually exclude the props panel if it's null here.

You try if it works by having something that renders a badge but removing the props.

We also need to also actually exclude the props panel if it's null here.

Yeah I've tested it by nullifying props section and others
