* Removed znode-payments

* Znodesync-interface cleaned

* darksend has been dealt with

* Removed RPC broadcast

* Znode GUI removed

* Removed znodeman

* Removed znode-sync

* Removed activeznode

* Removed ping and broadcast

* Removed znode

* Removed from GUI and net exchange

* Removed -znodeprivkey

* Removed znode-payments

* Znodesync-interface cleaned
