Now that phoenix 1.4 has been out for a bit and they moved away from Poison the bamboo library implemented a configuration option to use another json library (beam-community/bamboo#374).
This pull request updates dependencies to the latest version and implements the same configurable json library.
Note this might break things for older phoenix users as I also removed the now deprecated Plug.Adapters.Cowboy2 references.
